Each correctional food site will maintain a company operations bulletin to enable all personnel to carry out the assigned duties to the highest of standards. The operations bulletin contains policies regarding:
- Safety & Security Procedures
- Meal Records & Accounting Practices
- Menu Standards
- Sanitation & Health Standards
- Food Storage & Handling
