Menus
Tiger plans all menus and ensures the inmates are provided a daily diet which meets or exceeds RDA Standards. A four or six week menu cycle will be used in menu planning reviewed annually by a registered dietician for nutritional adequacy.
Tiger Food Services will effectively apply large quantity cooking and baking recipes and avoid an “out of the can” approach to providing wholesome meals.
